This course walks through every stage of the student relationship: what’s required the moment a new student is matched with you, how to keep students engaged through the most vulnerable part of their journey, and how to handle it when things change.

Module 1 — Welcoming a New Student: Covers the welcome email, why the trial lesson is your highest-stakes lesson, and student privacy from day one.

Module 2 — Keeping Students Engaged: Covers the student retention window, between-lesson communication, scheduling reliability, and the mandatory check-in survey.

Module 3 — When the Relationship Changes: Covers what to do when a student pulls back, how to handle a poor fit, and what’s required when leaving the platform.
