Tunelark Money Matters

Getting paid on Tunelark is straightforward. This course covers everything you need to know about payments: connecting your Stripe account, understanding how your earnings are calculated, when and how payments arrive, and how to handle situations that come up around fees and disputes.

Module 1 — Setting Up Stripe: Walks new teachers through connecting their Stripe payment account. If you’re already set up, skip ahead to Module 2.

Module 2 — How You Get Paid: Covers your earnings split, how to set your rate, exactly when payments hit your account, and where to find your tax documents.

Module 3 — Keeping Payments on Track: Covers fee waivers, how to handle student concerns before they become disputes, and the difference between a lesson credit and a refund.
