Jason is a seasoned guitarist and a graduate of the Musicians Institute, where he majored in guitar performance. He has shared stages with metal legends Testament and Overkill, and his band's latest album features collaborations with death metal icons Kevin Talley and Martin Rygiel. He also composes original music for film and television on platforms such as Netflix, Hulu, and HBO. In more than 15 years of teaching, Jason has helped students unlock the fretboard across all keys, weaving fresh scales, modes, and chords into composition and improvisation. He teaches guitar across metal, rock, and pop, along with music theory, songwriting, and improvisation, for everyone from beginners to seasoned players.
