    • Video assembly in DaVinci Resolve with custom intro/outro jingle

Instructor Handbook Redesign

Completely rebuilt the Instructor Handbook as a modern, searchable single-page web document with 8 chapters, Tunelark branding, and mobile-responsive search navigation. Deployed to WordPress via automated API and maintained as each course launched.

Klaviyo Teacher Churn Flow Refresh

Shipped

Rewrote all 3 emails in the instructor churn warning flow with improved messaging, better scenario-based guidance, and actionable next steps. Configured directly in Klaviyo.

Replaced manual teacher ordering with an algorithmic ranking system. Multi-tier scoring based on consultation calls, availability, profile quality, and rotation. Runs automatically every Monday and writes directly to production.

Designed a post-lesson star rating system with 3-touchpoint capture flow, public profile display, teacher dashboards, and admin tools. Comprehensive PRD and 5 wireframes delivered for review.
