Tunelark Guideline Refresher

Let’s recap the four areas we covered.

Trial lessons are the cornerstone of your partnership with Tunelark. Tunelark invests over two hundred dollars to bring each new student to your studio. When a teacher cancels or reschedules a trial lesson, forty percent of those students never take a lesson at all. The consequences escalate with each occurrence — and the third time is permanent.

Late changes aren’t free. Even when your student agrees, billing and operational costs have already been triggered. Make all changes in your dashboard as early as possible, and hold yourself to the same standard you’d hold your student to.

Every lesson stays on-platform. Even well-intentioned workarounds can violate your contract. Use the dashboard tools to reschedule, rebook, and waive fees when appropriate. That’s what they’re built for.

Your records must be accurate. If it’s not in the dashboard, it didn’t happen. Cancel no-show lessons promptly. Keep scheduling conversations in the dashboard. And never share your direct video meeting link.

These guidelines exist to protect your students, your studio, and the investment Tunelark makes in your success. Following them isn’t just a requirement — it’s what makes the partnership work.
