Alex has spent more than 25 years as a professional musician and over 20 of them teaching guitar, first in his native Brazil and now in the United States. He studied at Berklee College of Music, where he was voted one of the top five guitar players of the year, and he is a Grammy nominee who has worked with major and Grammy-winning artists. Rooted in blues and rock, he teaches electric and acoustic guitar at every level, always built around the music each student actually wants to play.
